Purchased 6 months ago . stopped working . charged overnight . switched on flashing red and green . reset everything . removed from app . bluetooth on off . still will not pair . 

I have a complete tapo eco system , dorrbell 3 other cameras hub  so fairly good with product range .

Okay notice that in between the light flashing red and green , every 11 times it does a double red blink the first being longer than the second .
