@Wayne-TP hi the problem is number one. I am not getting the notifications for facial recognition but the videos are recorded normally. Also, all the other notifications work fine like person detection motion detection, etc. I have already tried the suggestions both devices have Lates firmware. I have restarted devices but cannot get the notifications for facial recognition and only happens when connected to the hub. Also, if you go to manage facial recognition notifications, they are recorded
