A câmera mesmo depois do reset não pisca em vermelho e verde alternado e não mostra sua rede wifi. Pisca a luz vermelha por algum tempo, emite um ruído intermitente e finalmente para de piscar. O que fazer?

Regrettably that does sound like a defective product.  I would contact your region's support team to inquire about warranty services.
