Tapo camera has been working fine. We now have a new EE router.  I have tried to connect putting in the new router password but it says that it doesn't recognise password. 

I have rebooted taps camera, uninstall app and tried again many times.

Camera is flashing red and green.

Since the camera is currently flashing red and green, it is in setup (pairing) mode. If the camera does not accept the new Wi‑Fi password, this is often related to router settings or Wi‑Fi compatibility rather than the camera itself.
