dear, I have a problem using this lte router and my Reolink NVR. 

using this router app on my phone cannot view the camera stream out of home. 

If I use the same SIM and a Huawei Lte router all is right. 

I have disabled firewall, enabled Upnp but nothing helps me. 

The camera flow cannot be viewed when I'm out of home from my smartphone.

can some one help me?

I use a static IP on nvr. can it be the problem?

Please confirm the following information for further analysis.

 

  1. Who is your SIM card provider? When the SIM card connects to the TL-MR105, what's the Internet IP address on the router?

  2. What's the model number of your camera? Does it store the video recordings on the Reolink NVR, which is also connected to the router?

  3. How do you stream your camera remotely on your phone, such as via the camera's app to view its live feed, or stream the video recordings stored on the Reolink NVR via the Reolink app?

  4. It's suggested to contact your camera or Reolink NVR's technical support to check if any settings need to be configured on the router for remote access, such as port forwarding.

I use a SPUSU sim ( italian virtual phone provider ) . i receive a natted variable IP ( not public ) . I don't think this may be the problem because the same SIM on a Huawei  4g Router is ok. 

  2. What's the model number of your camera? Does it store the video recordings on the Reolink NVR, which is also connected to the router?

I use a RLN8-410 nvr with 8 camera connected behind the NVR. the NVR has local LAN static IP and use a reolink UID procedure to send data flow on cloud. No port redirection, no UPNP.  using MR105 I cannot connected or control my NVR using app ( on remote connection ) .  there is no connection from reolink NVR and reolink app. Other app using the same technology ( without port redirection ) are right.

with reolink app I can view live stream or storage data stream.  the stream flows only through nvr.

there is no configuration to Do. there is a UID function that use reolink cloud to cross data without port redirection.
some other ideas?

Hi, 
1. You can go to the TL-MR105's web UI > Advanced > LAN Settings to change the DNS server to see if it helps.

 

2. On the Parental Control, Security > Service Filtering and Access Control pages, please check if any entries are related to your NVR. If so, disable or delete these entries for a try.

  @Solla-topee I'll test a different DNS. but I think it isn't a problem. I'll test it.

No parental control or filter active.

Regarding the reported phenomenon, please provide the following information for further analysis.


  1. Does your phone work fine(such as going to the internet) when it's connected to the TL-MR105?
  2. If your phone has VPN, please run the VPN and then check if it can control the NVR remotely.
  3. If you have another SIM card, please insert it into the TL-MR105 and then check if your phone can control the NVR remotely.
  4. On the TL-MR105's web management page, please go to the Advanced > Status page and send us a picture of this page.
