  @Alex-Rdz

Hi, welcome to the community.

If you can't receive push notifications on your phone when a new device is connected after updating the Deco's firmware, please confirm the following information.

  1. Please refer to the instructions below to check if your "New Device Alerts" is configured correctly.
      How to configure the Connection Alerts feature on the Deco app
  2. On the Deco app > Network page, please tap the Message icon at the top right corner, then check if you can see a notification here when a new device is connected to Deco.
  3. If the notification appears in the Message but not your phone, please check if your phone has enabled notification permissions for the Deco app.

Best Regards

HI   @Solla-topee

I followed the steps mentioned in the provided link, but I'm still not receiving push notifications for new devices. If I open the app and go to Messages, the notification appears.

I tried configuring push notifications for a known device, and these work correctly and appear in my push notifications.

I tried restoring the firmware to version 1.3.0 Build 20240830, and push notifications work in this version.
I also tried a beta version posted in another thread, but push notifications for new devices don't work there either.
