To add Cloud subscription to second camera
I have subscribed the cloud recording and I am unable to subscribe for additional camera

Could you please confirm whether the Tapo Care plan you have subscribed to covers multiple cameras?
If your current Tapo Care subscription is for a single camera only and you would like to add a second camera, you will need to upgrade your subscription. Please refer to this guide: How to upgrade or downgrade my Tapo Care subscription
If you already have a multi-camera plan, please follow this guide to add your camera: How to add new cameras to my Tapo Care plan
