I purchased home shield and I am using parental control on the go for my kids mobile. Today it completely screwed up the phone. From morning it was always showing time limit exceeded even though there was no mobile Internet used. Even after requesting to extend and accepting it had the same issue. Later in the night if I tried calling the phone directly carrier to carrier calling call used to disconnect after 5-7 secs. Only way to restore the phone was to remove the parental control on-the go profile, uninstall the app on my child's phone and restarting the phone. I am completely disappointed the way this is working.
