Hallo, ich habe das Problem das sich die Kamera ständig abschaltet. Sie lief über ein halbes Jahr problemlos. Seit ein paar Monaten ist sie ständig offline. Man muss ständig den Stecker ziehen und sie neustarten. Ein Update, ein Reset und das mehrfach haben nichts gebracht. Sie hängt nur 2meter neben dem Router. An mangelnder Verbindung oder schlechten Empfang kann es nicht liegen. 
Die Kamera die 10 Meter entfernt vom Router hängt hat keine Probleme. Was kann ich tun, so langsam verzweifle ich da ich immer 10 km fahren muss um die Kamera neu zu starten.

If the camera frequently disconnects or goes offline, refer to the troubleshooting steps here: What if Tapo smart devices keep losing connection or going offline?

Since you mentioned that another camera is working normally, would you mind swapping the locations of the two cameras and testing again? This can help determine whether the issue is related to a specific camera or the installation environment.


If the problem still occurs with this camera after swapping, we recommend contacting your local support team for further follow‑up and assistance.
