I can't tell you what the firmware because I can't get it to work 

it's been on charge I've got a red slow flashing light when I press hold the reset I get an alarm telling me that I'm stealing it. 
what do I do to make it work 

it's driving me mad. 
it's not connected to my system. It's not able to be looked at on the app

Follow the instructions here to disable your doorbell's anti-theft alarm. How to pause/stop the Anti-theft Alarm of your Tapo Doorbell

 

That slow red blink means the doorbell is trying to connect to Wi-Fi. Is the doorbell currently within your Wi-Fi’s reliable range? Have there been any recent changes to your Wi-Fi network name or password?

 

If your Wi-Fi credentials have changed, you will need to reset the doorbell and set it up again with the new network information.
