Hello,

Here are the suggestions for you if your Tapo camera gets bricked during a firmware update:

    1. Make sure the camera has a stable internet connection and a strong signal.

    2. Power off the camera, move the camera closer to the router, then power it back on.

    3. Wait about 10 minutes for it to reconnect to Wi-Fi/network and automatically upgrade the firmware.

    4. If there's no change, factory reset the camera and ensure your reset operation is correct: How to Factory Reset Your Tapo Camera: Two Methods

    5. If the issue persists, try a manual firmware upgrade with a microSD card or web emergency firmware recovery (varies by model): What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?

Best Regards,
