This thing started getting offline every other day, eventually I reset the camera which surprisingly removed my subscription. Not sure yet if the resetting will fix the camera going offline problem but the fact subscription is lost by resetting the camera is simply not acceptable.

Tapo Care subscription is linked to your account, so resetting the camera won’t cancel your subscription.

 

After reconfiguring the camera, did you add it back to your plan, or did you purchase another instead? How to add new cameras to my Tapo Care plan
