I have a BE22 as a main unit with a pair of X10s working as a mesh network.

 

The BE22 is connected directly to my ONT using PPPoE connecting to my ISP.

 

The guest network used to work fine when I had the BE22 plugged into a HUB before I switched to full-fibre.  Now, devices can connect to the guest network; but are unable to get any data to/from the internet.

 

Any ideas?

Hi,
You can try turning off the main Deco and the satellite Deco, turning on the main Deco, then turning on the satellite Deco, and checking if the Deco's guest network is working.

 

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. Does the guest network from the main Deco work?
  2. Is the satellite Deco connected to the main Deco via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable? If they connect to the main Deco via Ethernet cable, is there a switch between the main Deco and the satellite Deco? What's the switch's model number?
  3. Please connect a laptop to the Deco's main Wi-Fi network and Guest network one by one, and check the corresponding IP address, default gateway, and DNS server on it.
