Hi Dear Tplink Support 

I have Er605 v2  ( 2.2.6 )

i have Some problem duo to Some low Knowledge We Directly Setup Omada Cloud instant-of Omada Controller in PC but RIght Now! We Stuck here i have 2 ISPs and we cant forgot becuase all settings are gone and we check here is no backup file for cloud etc please Guide me What can we follow ? to shift without losting data to shift cloud portal to local Pc controller..!

May I confirm what type of cloud controller you are now using? Are you using the Cloud Essential or the Standard one?

Currently, it does not support migrating the Cloud Essential controller to the on-premises controller.

For organization V5.13.11.41 and above, only the configuration file from the organization with the same first-three-part version number (Major. Minor. Patch ) can be imported.

 

To make sure you may not lose the configuration, you can export the config file to your PC: How to get a backup file on Omada Controller v6 and above | Omada Network Support

 

What kind of settings/configuration do you have in the cloud controller?

You may need to reconfigure them on the software controller again, as you can't migrate from a cloud controller to an on-premises type.
