Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5.8.4

Hello,

I have just updated Linux Software Controller to version 5.8.4 (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS latest updates) and it always starts on Global page with error and on global site I could not select any settings.

And after the update some settings does not shown (transmission). I am using ER-605 V1 with latest firmware ER605(UN)_v1_1.2.2_Build 20230118 (Beta).

Thank you for taking the time to report the issue in TP-Link Community!

The issue has been confirmed to be a browser cache problem, TP-Link will optimize the problem in 5.9.

Before that, you may try the following available solutions:

1. Clear the browser cache of the site.

2. Visit the controller in browser's Incognito or InPrivate mode.

3. Use another different browser to visit the controller.

Clearing browser cache (not complete, but forthis page) does not help, but it Is working in different browser. So maybe it is related to cache, but I really do not want to clear complete browser cache.

When I first upgraded to 5.8.4, I noticed that the controller settings were gone (Controller Settings, Maintenance, Migration, etc). Here's the Settings page that formerly had these settings:

these settings used to be below "Services", preceeded by a line.

I poked around and these settings can now be accessed only when you set "Organization" to Global View. There they are:

At least I know where they are now.

Hope this helps someone else.
