Model: ER7212PC
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 20230202 Rel.10719

Hi, I am trying to use the ER7212PC 3 in 1 as a singular switch and controller to manage 6 eaps. The problem is that I can't understand how to configure it to recieve the lan of another router in orther to integrate the 6 aps in the same lan clas as the master router. Is there a way to do it or should I use a managed SW and a separate OC?

This topic has been discussed a few times here in the forum.

Most prominent example: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/590922

Controller will not see ER7212PC as a managed switch - hence you need a dedicated managed switch like TL-SG2210P.

Open question remaining: Is ER7212PC really a 3-in-1 device as advertised?
