Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.29.21 Build 20240401 Rel.52515

I have TPlink  switch ( POE) connected to 3 Access points( EAP wall plate 115) and  OC200 . The OC200 is unable to see any access point. There is no omada gateway but only TPLink small router for WAN access . NO VLAN , all basic setup. I have reset the devices multiple times but still OC200 is unable to communicate to EAP 115. Pls suggest

  @MTHAREJA

Which hardware version and which firmware version do you have on the access points?

And do you have access to AP web console in stand alone mode?

  @MR.S

All  EAP's are TPlink 115

Hardware Version :  4.0

Firmware Version: 5.0.5 Build 20220427 Rel. 42838(5553)

All of the EAP's and Controller are connected on single TPlink  POE Switch TL-Sl1218MP ( Default config - No changes)

They all work very well in standalone mode. I had reset them  ( Both Controller and EAP) multiple times but no luck .

ps: I also tried by putting  Controller IP in  Inform URL/IP address field  of EAP system ...> Controller setting but didn't bring the positive result.

  @MTHAREJA

then I don't know, if the controller is on the same network as the access points, they should appear in the console.

are you sure that the access points have not been adopted into another site?

Hi @MTHAREJA

Have you tried the discovery utility? Or can you PING the OC200's IP address when connecting to EAP wifi? Meanwhile, please try to PING EAP IP when wired connect to the second port of OC200.

  @MTHAREJA

pretty basic.

i guess you are not in the same subnet which is the reason why they don't show up.

paste the network diagram with IP. people will help you check it.

  @Tedd404

Thanks for your help and support. Complex problems always have simple solution.

The DIP switch settings on the TPLink  ( TP-Sl1218-MP) switch was the root cause.

I had a simple home network with all devices on on subnet.

Thankyou for all your replies  and useful tips for checks to help me out.
