Issue Description:
VIGI app on Android/iPhone cannot receive a notification.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Check your phone system.
2. Make sure your phone or network can access the servers of the VIGI.
3. Make sure you are using a public DNS server.
4. Avoid a VPN connection while you are using the VIGI.
5. Check the mode and notification settings.
