Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hello everyone,

I am using the following components in my network:

ER605v1 Router (not with standard IP range)

OC200 Controller

3 Switches (all Omada integrated)

6 Accesspoints (all Omada integrated)

PiHole installed on a Raspberry Pi

Homeassistant installed on a second Raspberry Pi

I have ADSL connection, no Backup connection.

Since this week my ADSL connection stopped working, the provider informed me that it might take some weeks to fix the problem they have. Since I rely on the internet connection I found a quite simple solution. I bougt a ER605v2 with USB port, bought a 4G dongle and wanted to change the ER605 and do a backup internet connection via 4G.

Tonight I tried to connect to my controller which seems not possible anymore.

I use my notebook, either connected via WLAN or cable, type the Controller IP, get to the Loginpage and then, after entering my credentials, I get a "Request timeout" message, then I try to login again and get: "Operation failed, please check your network connection". I cannot login to Controller anymore....

can anyone please help me...

thx and regards

Mat

  @CaptMauser

It seems I found the issue: I tried to connect with Cloud user and not with local user...

Thread can be closed, thank you.
