Hello everyone,
I have this modem router,
the problem is that when I adjust the settings from new (aliceadsl) 8-35 pppoe etc ....
the modem connects to the network, but if I enter the router's pages, the router it disconnects from the network, but the LEDs on the router remain on.

firmware v2
What can it be ?
The router does not always remain connected to the network and occasionally disconnects itself.
the adsl line works and I'm using another router and with that it works........:(:(:(:(.

I have the same problem. Very often i see that connection is gone and it keeps giving me timeouts for about a minute or so until the internet light turns off and sometimes it takes a lot of time until the connection is back or I have to restart or turn off the modem to get it back on. I paid so much for this modem and now I regret buying it.

Please answer!!!

Hi,

What is the light status of the VR400 when it goes offline?

With your computer or smart phone connected to it at that time, what is the IP address and default gateway it obtained?
Note: How to get them: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/838/

Meanwhile, please try to access the web page and take a snapshot of the status page.
Note: How to login to the web interface: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1730/

How do you make it back to work after it goes offline?

Furthermore, when did you buy it?

Here is an instruction you can follow to troubleshoot as well.

Look forward to your reply.

Have a nice day.
