I have a VR600 Router and Traffic Monitor is switched on.
If I try to switch it off it generates a Error 9003 and fails to switch off.
Does anyone know how to turn off the Traffic Monitor.

My configuration will not help you as I have a tailored setting to my devices

Hello, thanks for your reply.
Have you ever tried to access the local admin page with the administration password? At that page, can you disable traffic monitor?
And you can verify whether you can backup the configuration file. If so, please send it to us.
Besides, what is the cloud account? You can send it to us privately via message.
Good day.

Please try the following
go to advanced >>>> network >>> internet >>>> disconnect the internet connection
then
go to system tools >>>> traffic monitor >>>> disable
then
advanced >>>> network >>> internet >>>>connect the internet connection then

I am also experiencing the "Error code: 9003" message, on a VR400 model though. I have found that connecting a Broadcom RM Mini3 (Black Bean/2737) device to the network causes the problem once "Wireless Networks" is clicked or similar functions that show a list of connected devices.
It's probably not a Broadcom fault and a firmware update to the VR400 model is unlikely, but this workaround worked for me.
1. Disconnect Broadcom device
2. Reboot router
3. Connect Broadcom device again
As you can see in the images below, before the above steps only 4/7 devices are shown due to the error.
If the problematic device is added last the problem doesn't appear to exist.
When the original error occurred, here are the POST requests that were made and the responses:
POST http://192.168.1.1/cgi?5 [1,0,0,0,0,0]0 [truncated] hostName=RM3-42-a3-40 X_TP_ConnType=1 active=1 [error]9003 POST http://192.168.1.1/cgi?6 [1,1,0,0,0,0]0 enable=1 X_TP_Band=2.4GHz [1,2,0,0,0,0]0 enable=1 X_TP_Band=5GHz [error]0
