Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.2.19

I made camera configuration on the app Kasa Smart and i can see LIVE video, but no instrcutions how to find and set cloud and how to record video.

Another problem is that i can't see the camera video from different wifi connection than my home wifi

Please i'm, looking for anyone that give me full detailed instructions. Thanks a lot in advance.

For the remote access, please enable the cellular data on your cellphone and test whether it can see the live views. 

 

Besides, you can try to disable the firewall or anti-virus software on the router to give it a shot.
