So hello everyone.

Got an issue with my rooter :

 

I can't enable Guest Network, everytime i hit "enable" it refreshes the page and put it to the original state (disabled) and i can't change any option of it.

Can't change also Wireless Settings, i can have acces to those options, change them but when i hit "save" nothing happens, and when i refresh the page, there's no option changing too.

 

Thanks for your incoming help.

 

(PS : I don't know where do i get to know my hardware version)

The version number should be on the tag on your router. As far as your guest network goes, be sure to page down to the bottom of the screen and click "save".

Hi,

 

Try to change another web browser or another device to access the web interface.

 

After you changed the wireless settings or enable guest network, please click save and test whether it works.

Have you ever tried the suggestions mentioned on my last reply? 

 

Besides, please ensure that your device has connected to the TP-Link router before you enabled the guest network and save it.

Thanks. Yes, as in my other post (https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/172602) I've tried four browsers on three devices with three operating systems. The SAVE button just does exactly -nothing- in each respective combination.

@Dietmar Have you tried a reset to factory? I know that is not fun as you need to re-enter all of the router settings but it may help you in this case.

Thanks for your reply, that is a little weird, as Archer C8 said, you can hard reset the router and verify whether it works after that.
