Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Latest

I have a hackers here and 2 years now and destroyed everything changed anything from software to any you can imagine now we are talking I cannot use my modem even the app see it I have tired to format my PC to change hard disks to make complain in bank for purchase that I haven't done and many more thanks for your time and hope to find a solution.

Could you please provide more information? Any specific symptoms?

 

Meanwhile, to access the web interface, we need connect to the router and use the IP/domain name to login, the login username and password are needed as well. 

 

Meanwhile, to protect the security, it is suggested to setup a complicated password for the router, disable the remote managment, update the firmware.
