UPDATE, well as u knwo the firmware upgrade didn't solve the problem, i solved it the old fashioned way, i sold it and bought a Tenda router now it works perfectly
sad to say this but my experience with this tp-link router was bad, beside this problem the time reboot of it was very slow..

It is very sade that TPLink support didn't react to resolve this problem.
I am very disapointed.
I buyed a Tenda router and it fixes this problem.
Thanks.

Hi,
I’ve just to buy the same as you have had and got the same issue. Thanks to your experience, I found out that all configuration we made is under virtual circuit pvc4. After reboot or power off, it was set to pvc0 as default. You have to reset to pvc4 to get your initial config. To solve that issue, I move all values of pvc4 to pvc0 and the problem is gone. J

Thank you so much for you experience and feedback. I've just test the router again, some days ago, and experinced the same issue again.
Now, i will test your solution and see what it will be.
Other point, some people just bought new W8961n v3 and it has a new firmware on it 170919, this one doesn't exist on any tplink sites, there is only 180218 firmware.
Thanjs again.

@chipitoz Yes, it is.
But the problem, why the wifi drops too?
It feels like the router restarts.
That's happens to me when i connect PC to the router also.
It's very strange.
