Where did you see it? Please show us a screenshot of it.

Yes, it affects the device's function, the internet loses for 5 seconds and then reconnects. Without turning off the internet LED...

Thanks for your reply.
From the picture attached, the model number does not match the TD-W9960 you mentioned. What is the actual model number please?
What is the led status of the router when it lost connection?
At that time, please show us a screenshot of the status-device info page.
Meanwhile, when and where did you buy this router?
Good day.

Sorry, but my modem wasn't on the list TD_5181N.
The LED lights do not turn off but the connection is disconnected for five seconds.
I bought it six years ago online..

We do not have TD_5181N router, instead, we do find there is a TD-W8151N existed. According to the firmware, it should be TD-W8151N V3.

Go to interface setup-LAN page to change the DNS server to use user discovered DNS server only and enter the primary and secondary DNS server manually as 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4.
After that, please verify whether it works.
Still the same, I think it may be aged after working for the past 6 years, you can buy a new router with better performance to get internet then.
Good day.
