Model: Archer A2300
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I own an Archer 2800v. I added a device to parental controls. Afterwards I deleted the device from poarental controls. It dissppeared from the list, but the device can't connect to Internet any more or only with extremely low speed. What can I do to get the device proper into internet via Archer 2800v.

@2800v

What is the model number of your router please? And what is this specific device?

What about other devices? Do they have the same issue? What is the speed they can get from the router?

Try to restart the device and TP-Link router, and then run the speed test again.

You even can hard reset it by holding the reset button/hole; while the configuration will be deleted after that, we need set it up again.

Good day.

@2800v

Hi, S/N is the serial number, not the model number, could you please confirm the model number again?

Meanwhile, it is suggested to change another device to do a comparison analysis to locate the issue.

Besides, is there any error message if this samsung smart phone failed  to connect to the wifi network?

For this smart phone, have you ever tried to forget the network after it was deleted from parental control?

Good day.
