TD-W8960N Cannot Hard Reset or Login To Web Interface

my TPlink suddenly down.

i can not open login screen.
when i try to enter default ip= 192.168.1.1 modem show me : upgrade frimware page

when i try upgrade frimware modem show me eror

reset butun no work
plz help me
