The Smart TV (Samsung KD 43XF8596) detects the WiFi but when trying to connect fails with a message of "WiFi network refused connection". The TV can connect to the ISP's router WiFi correctly.
On the Deco app, I can see the device as unknown a few seconds and then it is moved to offline devices.
I have tried to disable Fast roaming with no success.
Every other device works correctly with the M4's WiFi.
Mesh configured with 2 Deco4. Connections: ISP Router-Deco-Lan switch-Deco.

@TP-Link Hello, got the similar problems with my Deco M4 2 pack and Skyworth 55q3 TV. Works well only if one Deco turned on, but with both not. Other devices works perfect. Any ideas?

Hi,
When both Deco units powered on, what would happen to the Skyworth TV, the internet connection is unstable, or not even get connected?
Would turning off the fast roaming on the Deco APP, as well as the Mesh technology under the device settings of the TV on the APP help or not?

I have exactly the same issue with my Samsung TV and Deco M4. As long as TV is on, all good. Turning it off and on results in not getting WiFi connected anymore.
Would be really interesting to know why and how to solve that, besides switching to cabled Connection.
Mesh for TV already disabled, fixed to next Deco, fast-roaming disabled.
All other devices work pretty fine in my WiFi (phones, Notebooks, other TV,...)
