@babasse29

Please go to advanced-system tools-administration page to confirm that the remote management has been disabled.

If still the same, please show me a picture of it and the web UI page which you access with the WAN IP.

Thanks in advance, and have a good day.

@babasse29

Sorry I cannot open the second picture due to the format, could you please send it one more time?

I found that the remote management does have been disabled, while I also noticed that you logged in with the cloud account.

Have you ever tried to login to the local admin page with the default password which is admin to verify whether the remote management is disabled also?

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

I got the remote management page already, could you please show us a screenshot of the wan access page?

Meanwhile, when you connect your computer to the router and enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar, can you see 2 options? One asks you to enter the password to login, and the other one is the web UI which can be accessed by cloud account?

Or you can show us a screenshot of the login page after you enter the domain name or IP address.

Good day.

Thanks for your reply.

May I have a picture of the WAN access page?  A picture which shows you to login to the web UI with the WAN IP remotely.

Besides, try to reboot the router to give it a go.

Still the same, you can hard reset the router and rebind it to the cloud account and disable remote management.

Good day.

Here is my wan access page

i noticed that my public ip is now a dynamic ip with the router

Before, my ip was a static one with my ISP box

Is that the reason ?

i also noticed that ICMP settings is "off" but ping still respond, both on wan ip address and tplink dns
