Deco M9 Plus power adapter barrel plug size

Anyone able to help me on this.
I am considering to purchase the M9 plus . However, as i am going to install one of the device on the ceiling on the corrider connecting to my bedrooms, but there isn't a power socket for me to power the device nearby. I was thinking of purchasing a third party DC-AC adapter with a long wire to reach the device.So i need to know the size of the barrel plug that is on the M9. Below is how you measure the size.

Hello, sorry to respond late. The external diameter is 5.3(+/- 0.2)mm, and the internal diameter is 2.1(+/-0.1)mm.

@Kevin_Z , did you ever get confirmation on the barrel plug size? I'm looking to use a TP Link POE splitter and want to make sure I get the right barrel size for when my M9 Pluses get delivered.

Hi, the external diameter and internal diameter of Deco M5 v3 are almost the same as Deco M9 plus.

Just bought and wired an extension cable with barrel plug size 5.5x2.1 mm, fits fine. (5.5x2.5 mm did not fit).
Router: Deco M9 Plus (Hardware v. 1.1), barrel plug size 5.5x2.1 mm.

@Sunny82 got it from a Swedish retail chain "Kjell & Company". Article # 51342. Can not paste link, sorry. Don't think they ship abroad.
