Hi - I am a bit of a technophobe and need some help inputting my WiFi password to my router. I have tried to access top link modem.net but it’s asking for an email address and password not user name and password. What should I do?

@Beth26

Hello, it asks email address and password to access the web UI means that you have bound this device to your cloud account.

You can use your cloud account to give it a go. You can go to cloud website to verify the account first.

https://www.tplinkcloud.com/

Besides, if still cannot fix it, you can hard reset by holding the reset button/hole for 10s with the router powered on.

Good day.
