Hi have the TL-WPA7510 KIT, It contains a PA7010, I need to bring wifi to a room where it's not reaching now and I would like to add a wifi extender. However it makes no sense for me to buy a new TL-WPA7510 KIT as I need the WPA7510 alone but I could live with a different and cheaper model too. What can I pair to the PA7010 ?

For your information, all the TP-Link powerline adapters are compatible with each other, while considering the current TL-WPA7510kit, it is suggested to use 7/8/9 series.

If you do not want to buy a kit, you can order the single extender unit, like the TL-WPA8630P, TL-WPA4220.

Note: The TL-WPA4220 is cheaper, while the performance is weaker than the 7/8/9 series, and the powerline link rate is 600Mbps, so the speed between the TL-WPA7510KIT and TL-WPA4220 will be limited to 600.

You can refer to the case 2.
