The SPI firewall on the Deco is enabled by default to protect the home network.

Hi, currently, your needs could not be achieved;

But if you do not mind, you could create a parental control profile to  limit the internet service list to 30mins at most every day;

And enable bedtime from 1:00 am to 12:59 pm to specific the internet access time, such as this device could only internet for 30mins during 0:00 am-1:00 am;
