Why is it always shows that the internet is disconnected even though it's connected

Hello.
The internet is already connected and I can use the internet.
But in "tplinkmodem.net", it always shows that it's disconnected.
What's wrong with it?

Does it obtain valid internet IP address and gateway?
With your computer connected to the VR600v directly, please click here to get the IP address and gateway. And please show us a screenshot of the status-details page.
Try to change the DNS server under Advanced-network-LAN settings page to give it a go, after that, please verify whether the internet status changes to connected.
And please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Sorry I did not get your point.
I found that the adapter has the valid IP address and gateway, can it get internet from the TP-Link router?
Have you ever tried the troubleshooting method mentioned before? Any updates.

I think it got valid IP... but it still shows "disconnected" and I can use the internet.
And I've updated the firmware to the latest.
