Hi.I have TD-W8960N model and i'm trying to connect a camera that supports 2.4 ghz frequency.I can see that my router has a 5ghz frequency,is there a way to change to 2 ghz? Thanks in advance!!

The TD-W8960N is a single band router, which supports 2.4GHz only.
So I'm afraid that the 5GHz you saw belongs to others.
