Archer vr400 ac1200 v. 2 dns disconnecting error
please configure your DNS manually- error
please help.. My internet connection usually disconnected and the error - please configure your DNS manually, My ISP said that there is no any problems in my line and the sevise from the provider All led in the modem is normal during the connection lost So I have to reboot the device many times to restore my connection i have the latest version of software Even I tried to apply the DNS numbers manually in the internet configuration and i had to rest the factory settings many times but unfortunately the error occurred. when i disconnect i check (advanced-internet connections's status ) it says initializing dns for really a long time i had to change dns or go in and save the one already manually used ! changing dns or leaving it auto doesn't fix it at all... my modem router is

(it says up to-date)... please provide a solution as fast as possible i am living in pain right now.. on the community of tplink someone said it is solved by you after you gave him "beta framware"

The beta firmware is used to fix the issue that Low upload bandwidth causes DSL modem to drop internet connection.
So have you checked how much of your internet upload bandwidth, is it 1-3Mbps, even below 1Mbps/.
If yes, please reply here with the hardware version and region code which could be found on the back label to me and I would send you the beta firmware;
