Hi there. I am hoping that someone can help. I am experiencing an issue with regards to the 2.5ghz band connectivity. The Wi-Fi connection randomly disconnects and the devices that use this connection appear to be connecting and disconnecting continuously. The only solution would be to reboot the router. This occurs several times each day.

The 5ghz band seems to be working perfectly fine. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

@Anesh

Hello, may I know how many devices connect to the 2.4GHz at the same time? Is there any heavy traffic network activities?

Is it still connected to the TP-Link wifi but no internet or it loses connection at all?

Have you ever tried to change the wireless settings to give it a go, including the wireless channel and channel width. For 2.4GHz, you can use channel 1, 6 and 11.

Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

May it help.
