Ethernet disconnected after dual-booting from Windows 10

The Wired Network is disconnected after dual-booting from a Windows 10 session.
It seems like an issue with the DHCP lease when the MAC address is the same.
The firmware gets stuck with windows part once it has granted a lease on its request.
MAC spoofing in Ubuntu seems to does the trick.

Generally speaking, as long as the Windows PC send the DHCP request, Archer VR600 would response and assign IP address;
And can I say that you can solve this issue by create a different MAC address in Ubuntu via MAC spoofing?

Hello. Yes, when a different MAC address is configured with netplan, the issue is solved.

To clarify, there is no IP assignment when rebooting from Windows 10 to Ubuntu.
MAC spoofing in Ubuntu solves the issue.

Cause it cannot obtain valid IP address and gateway automatically, you can try to get it manually via commands.
Othewise, I'm afraid that you need setup different MAC address for Ubuntu as a workaround.
