Model: HS100

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.5

hello

I have just added two new HS100 smart plugs to my smart home.

They seem to be running a different hardware (4.1) and different firware version (1.0.3)

I have tried resetting the old ones but not getting a software update option and there is no firmware upgrade option in the app.

I'd like to upgrade my new plugs as there are some feature on the new software I'd like ti use.

Can anyone help please ?

Hello, what are the hardware and firmware version of these two smart plugs?

For your information, the firmware need match the hardware version of itself.

Many thanks for your reply.

The older plugs are running on Firmwire version 1.2.5 and Hardware version 1.0

The new plugs are running on Firmwire version 1.0.3 and Hardware version 4.1

I have tried restoring the older plugs to factory setiings hoping it would offer be an update but no

Also tried updating the software but the app tell me there is no update available.

Any help would be gratefully received

Hi, for HS100 V1, the latest firmware is 1.2.5, for V4.1, the latest firmware is 1.0.3, your firmware version is the latest already, no need to update.
