Model: Archer VR600  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v0074.0 Build 170109 Rel.59506n

Since the last 3 days, our wired devices stopped getting IP from the router

No one touched the router

 

I tried to reboot the router - no success

I tried to disconnect all the cables and restart - no success

I tried to connect one device directly to router - no success

 

What happend? 

How can I fix it?

Hello, with computer connected to the LAN port, does the corresponding LAN led come on? 

 

With computer connected to it, please click here to get the IP address and gateway obtained. 

 

 What about the wireless connection? Can wireless devices get internet from the TP-Link wifi? 

 

If still the same, it is suggested to hard reset the Archer VR600 and reconfigure it to give it a go.

It doesn't work with computer connected direct to the router

The wireless working well

 

I tried all the 4 lan exit with no sucess

 

The router is 1 month beyond the warrenty.... (mean that I don't have warrenty anymore)

 

I even tried hard reset with no success
