@Ahmed1994

Hello, the Archer VR300 is a VDSL modem router and it is downward compatible with ADSL connection.

With the DSL line plugged into the DSL port, please verify whether the DSL led comes on.

And then you need login to the web UI to configure it with the configuration parameters given by ISP. Usually, it is PPPoE or PPPoA.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z

Thanks for the reply, i already contacted my isp and they are totally dumb to be honest and the tp link customer service helped me configuring my router but the CS tols me that you cant configure your router on vdsl connection because your downstream is 22453 and and the route wont catch ip unless your connection speed is atleast 25mb and when i contacted vodafone *my isp*  they told me that they cant give me my full speed immediatly because that will hurt yourline and you have to let your router online without restarting or power off for a whole week to get your maximum speed, so that will make me with no intetnet because my router wont read ip when its on auto configuration or vdsl configuration, i have to put it on adsl connection to have my internet working.

So what i dont understand is how does my router doesnt work on vdsl unless i have a minimum speed of 25mb *that what tp link customer service told me*
