Nope, none of these suggestions has helped.

I have a 50MBps contract with my SP, they have proven that the fibre line provides 55MBps, but the C6 throttles the speed to under 20MBps.

Latest firmware is installed, duplex has been adjusted as instructed, but no change.

I only use Cat 6 and 5e cables.

What is next?

Have you tried with a different computer or device? What is the Ethernet adapter on it?

What is the speed you can get when you connect the same computer directly to the ISP modem? Can we have the speedtest screenshots?

What is the cable length between the ISP modem and the C6, what is that between the C6 and the PC?

So I tried everything. All other devices have near Gigabit speeds, my Archer C6 v2 with 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591(4555) firmware (latest) has 94 Mbps. The incoming wire is cat5e, router is 4m from pc (other routers I tested worked fine and the speeds were near Gigabit). I went in to routers settings and tried to do what you said - I checked Basic section, and for Internet ir clearly shows 100Mbps full duplex even though I set it to 1000Mbps full duplex in settings. In all local connections it says 1000Mbps. Im very mad at this router. Is there anything else I can try before I try custom firmware? Maybe that will help.

Can we have the name of your ISP, and the model of the modem provided by them? Ensure the modem LAN port can auto negotiate stably to 1000Mbps by connecting a computer with gigabit adapter to it.

It is suggested to try with another Cat5e/6 cable or change the port of your ISP device, where you're connecting C6 (if possible), then confirm again.

One more step, do you mean even the negotiation speed is still showing 1000Mbps on the C6 web page, the actual speed dropped to no more than 100Mbps? How about the link speed on the device connected to the C6 LAN at that time? If it is a computer, you can find it as below:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2899/

Additionally, please follow this troubleshooting guide to confirm all the basic and advanced settings on the C6, ensure no settings affect the speed:

Hi, if any of you still encounter an issue with the speed, which is capped at 100 Mbps when connecting to the TP-Link router, please check the troubleshooting suggestions we provided here, and report back if the issue is resolved or not:

@ruby2009g

My question has been fixed
If you plan to use Qos to control the upload and download speed, it is not recommended
Because enable QoS must turn off "Enable NAT Boost", after turning off "Enable NAT Boost"

your upload/download speed can only be up to 200-300Mbps
In summary, you must turn on "Enable NAT Boost" to reach the maximum speed of about 900Mbps
