I have entered all the details copied from the Post office ZYXEL router they gave me. I cannot get it to connect with the TP-Link router.
I have talked with their tech at the Post office and they do not understand why.
I entered the username as cqu4hp@pobroadband.co.uk and entered the password.
Uses Vci 0/38 PPPoA all details are the same as the Post office router
Dsl light occasionally flashes
Really cannot figure it out.
Any ideas please

From this screenshot, it looks as though you are trying to configure the modem from a smartphone. It would be better to configure/setup the modem via web browser, either a desktop or laptop, there is very likely more settings that need setting up.
