WA850RE - How to use the extender as an access point
My router is on Room A. The extender is on Room B. There is an ethernet cable connected from room A to room B but room B does not get any wifi signal from room A.
However, it is directly connected with ethernet cable with room A.
Is it possible to extend the signal only by using the ethernet cable?
Thank you.

Hello, you can connect the TL-WA850RE to the main router by wired cable to boost wifi signal as long as it supports access point mode.
You can login to the web Ui to verify it, it is related to the hardware version.
Below is the instruction to configure the range extender as access point, you can give it a go.
