Hi Kevin, just a little help for you, a lot of connection problems all of a sudden, when dealing with this I suggest you first suggest to the user having problems that they check their connection speed, due to the Corona Virus situation ISP's are throttling services to meet the extra demand of people stuck indoors right now,
Simply advise them first to check the speed connection either in the router settings page or use an online speed checker, this way they can get an unexpected error out of the way before you have to go deeper looking for a solution, you may wish to pass this on to your fellow forum helpers also, might save you a lot of time, hth.
p.s also ask them how many devices they have connected at the time of the fault, a limited bandwidth being shared by another 15 devices will slow or stop.

I can't see anything blindingly obvious from that, all I will suggest is that you check your IP address is correct i.e the one that starts with 45 and that the Gateway one 172 is also correct for your connection, other than that it all looks ok and bandwidth isn't an issue.

I'm afraid I can't give you an exact solution as I've no idea how you have the unit configured or which isp country you are using,
However I can point you where I think your issue is as I believe you have a Gateway issue, have a read of the posts in search below as I don't have all day to do it myself but I suspect the 172.x.x.x Gateway in your screenshots is the cause of your issue, as you can see from your other shots it should be 192.x.x.x
Type this in Google -> (router gateway 172) The results will bring you up lots of threads about the 172 thing, hth.
