Hello After installing the modem now the phone doesn't work.

How do you connect the phone to the Archer VR600v? By wired cable or DSL cable? 

 

What about other devices? Can they access internet from the Archer VR600v as expected? 

 

If it is connected by DSL cable, have you ever set up the VOIP function on the Archer VR600v? Please show us the screenshot of the settings page. If it is connected by wired cable, please verify whether this phone has obtained valid IP address and gateway from router.
