Hello,

 

I have an Archer MR200, and it disconnects almost every hour. This is very annoying because I use it to play video games and pooker online, so I need a very stable connecion.

The problem surely comes from the box, because I used different SIM cards, and it's always the same problem, and I don't have the disconnections when I use the SIM in a phone.

The network is good (4G 3bars) and the logs don't show anything specific... I think it might be a hardware problem.

As anyone encounter this problem and solved it ? I saw I'm not the only one having disconnections issues.

Seems they do not care about customers at all.

 

I have the same issue you described, with another modem 4g - model M7200.

After 2 weeks still no-one even replied to me.

 

Searching online seems lot of people have the same issue on different models: the only solution seems not to buy tp-link :)

Yes... It seems support is non existent here...

I guess we are among the unlucky to have received a defect product. That sucks...
