Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
Is your model number RE450 AC1750 range extender?
Except the Xbox, how about other devices, like your mobile phone or laptop when they are connected to the RE450?
When the RE450 was disconnected, would the 2.4ghz and 5ghz still lit up?
What did you do to recover the connection, restart the range extender, or it would recover by itself?
By the way, how long have you had the RE450 and when did this issue start?
Thanks a lot.

I am also having this issue with the AC1750, I have a strong WiFi signal and I was using an Ethernet connection from the extender to the xbox and would get random disconnects to xbox live, what is going on?

Hi,
Could you please help me check the following information:
1. is the modem RE450 since AC1750 is not the model number?
2. how about the hardware and firmware version on the AC1750?
3. would the 2.4ghz and 5ghz turn off or red when the connection dropped out?
4. What is the IP address and gateway on the Xbox when it is disconnected?
By the way, what is the model number of your home router?
Thanks a lot and wait for your reply.
