Hi everyone,
Two days ago, I've installed the new firmware version on my Archer C6, which introduce OneMesh feature. Since than, I have problems with my desktop, I'll trying to explain:
when I connect my PC on 5 GHz, I'm experiencing more latency and slower connection, resulting an increased ping and a really bad gaming experience; instead, with 2.4 GHz all seems fine as before. The strange thing is that the problem exists only on my desktop because the other devices don't show any issues. I think that the problem is connected to my Wi-Fi card, a TP-Link T4E, updated with latest driver available on the website.
Any solutions? Thanks
P.S. I've already tried to change Wi-Fi Settings (also txBF, and MIMO) , downgrade Windows and re-install drivers for TP-Link T4E. Nothing seems to work

Good afternoon. I have the same problem. I use the Archer T3U wireless adapter. Since I updated the router, 5GHz Wifi is impossible to use.

I sent an e-mail to technical support, then (as recommended) I tried to install a beta FW version, but the problem it's still here.
I invite you to send an email too for increase their attention.

Where did you get the beta version from? If I am already in contact with them via email, for the moment, without results.

I've already tried this solution: for a strange reason it works apparently fine for some minutes, then the connection continues to give problems. Below an example of speed test on 5 GHz. It starts normally around 82-83 Mb/s in download, then it drops (also in upload, where it's normally around 20 MB/s).

That driver it's specific for usb adapters, so I don't think it will work for me. Anyway your experience makes me believe that the problem is in the Wi-Fi card.

Hi. As I mentioned, I have the same problem with the WIFI connection. It is not the wireless adapter, at least in my case. I have the Archer C6 configured in router mode and the WIFI connection fails me. I remove the Archer C6 and configure the router of my ISP and the WIFI works perfectly. I haven't touched the adapter drivers at all. The adapter is an Archer T3U. I have tested the drivers that Creco has passed and it is better, but I keep losing packages.

Of course, for me the question is just an hypothesis.Currently I'm waiting for news from technical support

Exact same issues, have ordered Mikrotik but hope I can save the C6. Also Archer T3U usb dongle, formatted PC even and shouted at ISP...
I have also logged case, saw lots of DHCP requests in logs(almost like ddos) and high CPU usage after upgrade.
